How About a ZebraCast?
February 28, 2007 |
I thoroughly enjoyed hosting the 31st Edition of the Carnival of Real Estate. I also enjoyed doing the podcast interview about the CoRE with David Gibbons over at Zillow. You can hear the podcast here, hosted courtesy of Mike Price of MLPodcast.
Podcasts are something I have considered doing on the Zebra. I like the format, I have the technology, and it seems like something that might serve to supplement the written posts on the blog. The biggest question I have to answer is, “is it worth the time and effort?”
So I have to ask you, dear Zebra Reader, would you listen to a ZebraCast, and if so, what would you like to hear?
Let me know, I really would like some input from readers as I consider the creation of a ZebraCast.

Got something to say?

Thanks for shout out. We’ve been kicking around Drew Meyer’s idea of opening up the CoRE podcast feed to allow RE.Net bloggers with audio podcasts to add their content. What do you think of that idea. Any other bloggers out there who are doing podcasts that think a community feed is a good idea? We have some other cool things that will benefit RE bloggers too.
I think audio podcasts are great if the content is focused and they are not too long. So far I think the CoRE podcasts have been right on the money time wise. Most of audio podcasts I listen to I end up bailing on half way through because I just don’t have the time to listen to a 30 minute interview, no matter how relevant the content.
We would love to hear your thoughts on a CoRE community podcast. We’re open to suggestions.
