More REALTOR Shenanigans

After I wrote this post about the Canadian real estate industry’s attempt to change MLS rules, I came across a post on the Inman blog that details the saga of similar efforts in the United States. I will simply reiterate that the whole thing is a sad statement on competition within the real estate industry.
