Zolve.com Launches. . .Yawn.

A real estate-specific social networking site launched today– Zolve.com
The basic issue that I see here is that the site wants me to pay $400 this year ($1000 every year after that), to be a member of a social network in order to connect with other real estate professionals. These connections MIGHT also yield a few referrals (which I will also have to pay for).
Correct me if I’m wrong, but can’t I do all of that for free, in at least two other places?
Maybe I’m missing something here, but I don’t think so. More on this later. . .
